Tokyo-3, Japan – In the wake of the September 11 seismic event, government officials have confirmed that the disturbance was caused by a UN geological drilling operation conducted off the coast of Japan. The unexpected tectonic shift resulted in localized structural damage, power disruptions, and temporary evacuations in affected districts.
In response, the United Nations Disaster Relief Task Force, in coordination with the Japan Strategic Self-Defense Force (JSSDF), has deployed emergency aid teams to assist with recovery efforts. Humanitarian operations are ongoing.
“We are fully committed to ensuring the safety and stability of Tokyo-3,” said a UN spokesperson. “Our teams will remain on-site to support reconstruction efforts and assist those affected by this tragic event.”
